can I return my hush product?
Hush does not accept used or opened products to be returned. All merchandise should be unopened, unused and still have security seal intact. Refunds will not be given otherwise.
If items are unopened, unused and security seal is intact, a return can be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Items that are returned outside of the Hush return policy will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
Hush does not accept exchanges or partial returns. If you wish to try a different product(s), please return the product(s) in its entirety and place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase.
Once the items are received by our warehouse, a refund (less shipping and handling charges) will be issued within 10-15 business days and an e-mail notification will be sent.
do I use hush before, during or after a tattoo procedure?
All three. Clean with Hush Foam Soap. Prep with Hush Gel. Enjoy the experience with Hush Spray.
how do I apply hush?
Hush Gel:
Apply a thick layer (1/4th inch) of Hush Gel to the main surface area and edges where tattoo will be. Spread evenly, but DO NOT rub in to the skin, as this will cause evaporation.
Wrap the area with plastic wrap and leave covered for one (1) full hour.
Remove the plastic wrap and prep the skin for tattoo procedure.
Hush Spray:
Apply Hush Spray generously to the area being tattooed.
For optimal results, spray 10-15 minutes before tattooing.
Reapply as needed.
Hush Foam Soap:
Hush Foam Soap is a gentle cleanser. Simply apply and gently rub in small circles.
The formula will gently cleanse the area as it numbs, providing a more comfortable experience for client and artists.
Does HUSH contain epinephrine?
No chance. Did you know that epinephrine increases heart rate and constricts blood vessels?

how long does the hush numbing effect last?
Hush Gel: up to two (2) hours after removal of wrap.
Hush Spray: about 35 minutes.
Please note, everyone’s skin is different. Always follow directions for best results.
how many bottles of hush will I need for my tattoo?
A 2oz bottle (60 grams) will work best for small to medium tattoos. Remember for the Gel formula, you’ll want to leave a thick layer when you apply. We recommend our 4oz bottle size (120 grams) for large tattoos.
It is most important to follow the instructions correctly in order to ensure you achieve the best end result.
