Refund policy

Return instructions:

1. Complete the Return Authorization (RA) form and click submit.

2. Go to your email and Print Return Authorization form sent to you.

3. Send products and Return Authorization form to:

Please Note:

  • Items that are returned outside of the HUSH return policy will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
  • Hush does not accept used or opened products to be returned. All merchandise should be unopened, unused and still have security seal in tact. Refunds will not be given otherwise.
  • Hush does not accept exchanges or partial returns. If you wish to try a different product(s), please return the product(s) in its entirety and place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase.
  • Once the items are received by our warehouse, a refund (less shipping and handling charges) will be issued within 10-15 business days and an e-mail notification will be sent.
