My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package. What now?
We know that's frustrating, and we want to help you find it. First, try these:
- Check around your door, mailbox, porch, garage, and side entrances.
- Ask your neighbors and your building's front desk, mailroom, or manager.
- Give it a day. Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered a little before it actually arrives.
- File a claim with the carrier: USPS at usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm (Missing Mail request). International orders also ship by USPS (Priority Mail International), so the same USPS help page applies.
Once a carrier marks a package delivered, it's out of our hands, so Hush can't refund lost or stolen packages. Still, reach out to info@hushanesthetic.com with your order number and we'll look into it. Any courtesy reship is at Hush's discretion.
can I return my hush product?
Hush does not accept used or opened products to be returned. All merchandise should be unopened, unused and still have security seal intact. Refunds will not be given otherwise.
If items are unopened, unused and the security seal is intact, you can mail them back within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
Items that are returned outside of the Hush return policy will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
Hush does not accept exchanges or partial returns. If you wish to try a different product(s), please return the product(s) in its entirety and place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase.
Once the items are received by our warehouse, a refund (less shipping and handling charges) will be issued within 10-15 business days and an e-mail notification will be sent.
do I use hush before, during or after a tattoo procedure?
Hush Gel is Hush's session product. Check with your artist first. Label directions: "Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children under 2 years of age; consult a physician." After your session, CBD Foam Soap (100mg), Healing Spray and CBD Tattoo Balm are for aftercare. Follow your artist's aftercare instructions.
how do I apply hush?
Hush Gel:
Apply Hush Gel to the area where the tattoo will be. Label directions: "Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children under 2 years of age; consult a physician." Check with your artist before your session, and let them prep the skin when it's time.
Healing Spray:
Aftercare pain relief for your new tattoo, for use after your session is finished, not during it.
Hush Foam Soap:
A foaming cleanser for tattoo aftercare. Pump into your clean hands, wash, rinse and pat dry.
What is the active ingredient in Hush Numbing Gel?
Lidocaine HCl 4% is the only active ingredient in Hush Numbing Gel. The inactive ingredients include aloe leaf extract, calendula, chamomile, comfrey and green tea extracts, and menthol, and the formula is paraben-free.
Does Hush contain tetracaine or epinephrine?
No. Hush Numbing Gel and Healing Spray each have one active ingredient, Lidocaine HCl 4%. Neither contains tetracaine, benzocaine or epinephrine.
Is Hush a cream or a gel?
Hush's session product is a gel: Hush Numbing Gel, with Lidocaine HCl 4%. Hush Numbing Cream is currently unavailable. Healing Spray is for aftercare only.
Is Hush vegan?
Yes. Hush is vegan and cruelty-free.

Hush Gel uses 4% lidocaine with no epinephrine and is FDA-compliant under the OTC monograph. Talk to your artist first.
what other procedures can I use hush for?
Hush Gel is made for tattoo sessions. Getting a tattoo removed with a laser? Ask your laser tattoo removal specialist whether Hush Gel is right for your session. We don't recommend Hush for permanent makeup or microblading. For any other procedure, ask your provider first and always follow the label directions.
how long does the hush numbing effect last?
It varies by person, placement, skin and session, so we don't promise a set time. Talk it through with your artist before your appointment, and follow the label directions.
how many bottles of hush will I need for my tattoo?
A 2oz bottle will work best for small to medium tattoos. We recommend our 4oz bottle size for large tattoos.
