First-Class Mail = 3-5 Business Days* (NOT GUARANTEED! 3-5 is an average, and it may take longer per the USPS)

Priority-Class Mail = 2-3 Business Days* (NOT GUARANTEED! 2-3 is an average, and it may take longer per the USPS)

Priority-Class Express = 1-2 Business Days Guaranteed per the USPS

Priority-Mail International = 4-8 Business Days* (NOT GUARANTEED! 4-8 is an average, and it may take longer due to customs, or shipping delays due to weather conditions and/or overseas travel per the USPS)

Now, the following is VITAL information we need on the site, so customers understand the USPS process. We need to emphasize that none of this is us, or our practices. All of this is per the USPS. 

~The HUSH Anesthetic Fulfillment Center is open Monday - Friday. 

~Every order that is received before 1pm EST. Monday-Friday will be packaged and given to the USPS that very same BUSINESS DAY. Orders received after 1pm EST. are not guaranteed to go out that BUSINESS DAY, and will go out the next BUSINESS DAY.

~USPS DOES NOT count the day they receive the package as DAY 1 of the shipment, regardless of what time they recieve it that day, and regardless of the shipping option chosen by the customer. DAY 1 is always the very next BUSINESS DAY. 

  

  For Example: If the USPS receives any package on a Monday, whether it be First-Class, Priority-Mail, or Priority Mail Express, DAY 1 will still be Tuesday per the USPS.

  

  If the USPS receives a shipment on a Friday, DAY 1 will now be the following Monday, except for Priority-Mail Express. For Priority-Mail Express alone, Saturday will be counted as DAY 1 per the USPS.

  

  The HUSH Anesthetic Fulfillment Center does have employees in on Saturday. This means any order in the system is likely to be fulfilled that very day, but the shipment will not be going out until Monday, even if they received the package from HUSH that Saturday per the USPS.

~HOLIDAYS: HUSH Anesthetic observes the same Holidays as the USPS. Please refer to about.usps.com/newsroom/events for their updated information regarding days they do not ship.

For orders from the countries of Australia and New Zealand, there is only one shipping option.UPS World Wide SaverUnfortunately, UPS does not have a time frame for this shipping option.HUSH immediately sends the customer an email providing them with the tracking information for their shipment.
